Just a few simple ideas for cooking Pasta Mia Artisan pasta

The Leek and Walnut Tortelli, Pumpkin and Parmesan Pansooti, Kumara & Blue Cheese Pansooti or Chicken Tortelli are great with pancetta or bacon. Just soften up in some olive oil and then toss through the pasta with shaved Parmesan on top. All of these are really good with melted butter and sage. Porcini Mushroom Ravioli, Black Truffle Tortelli and Venison, Pancetta & rosemary are sublime with a reduced cream sauce or tossed in butter or some mushrooms, cooked in olive oil with garlic and parsley or with bacon (as above).

 The Goat Cheese Pansooti or Spinach, Lemon & Ricotta Ravioli are delicious with a ham and tomato sauce or tomato, olives and capers. The Goat Cheese Pansooti or Kumara and Blue Cheese Pansooti are also perfect with tomato and roast capsicum, using fresh or whole peeled tomatoes.

 The Classico, Venison Pancetta & Rosemary orSpinach, Lemon & Ricotta Ravioli are all delicious with a tomato or tomato base sauce. Just add a nut of butter or a bit of cream to make the sauce a bit richer.  Pesto is always an easy option.
